HB has shown they don't care about players like me. 

 

That and they've also shown they don't care about fostering a great forum environment like we have here.

They let trolling run wild on their forum and actually seem to enjoy a handful of their users putting other people and games down all day long, even on points of factual inaccuracy.

 

I've lost all respect for Anthony Kyne as developer and really as just a "guy".  He should know better and be clamping down on poor behavior over there that caused a ton of people to leave permanently.

Not a good look for HB as a company.

I left the forum due to one poster that couldn't stop lying and then when you called them out they used the "it's just my opinion" and "you don't make the game, why are you so offended?" That should be enough information to know who I'm talking about, lol.

This update has completely broken Tp 3-click.

 

Can you explain it in more detail?  I used to play 3C TP and just went in to try bunker shots.  It's definitely more difficult to get the ball to stop within 10-15 ft when you slightly miss the snap.  But I'm still able have a decent look at making the putt.  Will be worst if you're short sided and need to land on a downslope obviously.

You must be using a different TP 3C to the one I used yesterday. It was working for me.

 

Oh yes, in the round I played I was 2 for 2 in sand saves. Broken? Nah.

I did some testing on pro 3c (not tour pro) bunker shots yesterday. Currently there is probably a little too much speed loss when hitting fat but I found that anywhere from hitting the snap to missing it just thin produces decent shots. The slight thin shots fly lower with more speed but also carry more spin. A full thin won't stop for a brick wall.

 

We can try and fix this when we push a hotfix for some of the other issues found since the release

I had a lip out today from about 6 feet and I saved it but don't know how to post it from the saved shot area but I must say it was the nicest lip out I have ever had in a video game as it was so dang real it was sickening.  The cup physics are just so much better with this update.

It's pretty easy. Download the app in the app store and then it will create a dropbox folder in file explorer and you simply put the file in the folder and right click - copy dropbox link.

I like it.

All in all its a good release except for the plugged bunker lie being an absolute lottery.

I assume the idea of this game is to be as realistic as is possible, so saying that, where in the real game can an amateur ability player out drive a pro by anywhere up to 50 metres. Many games I play against amateur level see then hitting every par 5 in 2 while I'm having to try and leave a good set.

How about setting club distances for TP level and reducing the distance and shot shaping ability for each level below that as would be expected in real life.

And before all you red blooded males start reverting back to "women should hit shorter distances too", Im talking solely about the players chosen skill level and nothing else.
