Being closely related, greens and fairways usually are being produced from the same set of textures, detail and normal maps - usually the greens are tiled smaller and coloured a smidgen brighter.

There is a colour field in the layers library for you to change the colour and brightness of each layer. In principle, this is the way to go if you want to change the general colour scheme of your meshes. Needs a bit of trial and error and recalculation to make it work.

Verbal descriptions often fall short in pinpointing a problem. Please post a screen cap of your problem area, so that we can better understand what you are trying to ask. In your case, there are about 10 possible answers to your request, and we can't be sure which one is of use to you if you give us so little to work with.

If you do go into the layers library first do a "Save as" and call it something like "course name abbreviated". For my Mohawk Valley Course I created a layers library named mohawk. Once you do that select greens in the drop down menu and start by simply making changes to the Main Color and recalculate your mesh. I would also advise using the play button Top Center of Unity to get a better look of how it will display once you port the course into the game. There are subtle differences between Course Forge creation view and the actual course loaded into the game.
