Compress your course folder, along with all the course files that was created in Course Forge, using a utility such as 7zip.
Is it just the folder thats in docs..perfect parallel...courses that has to be zipped ...

Inside that you will find a folder which will be called the same as your scene name, that's the one that needs to zipped up.
