When i play tournaments i play slower trying to get in a mood working out shots.Sometimes it works but is i rushed shots in tournaments it would be a BIG fail. Playing online fun games is what i like the most i understand the competitive stuff but i couldnt care less if i win or lose thats just me but i try to finish my rounds work or hangover pending but i see your point

I dunno... I just can't seem to do 4 rounds of the same course in PG. I get bored of playing the same course 4 times in a row... give me 36 holes and I will join every single time. I guess I am just not the tournament type player to dedicate the time for 4 rounds.

Which is why I liked it when the public tournaments were posted... these were fun for me. But we have been down that road in the other thread..

I have completed most tournaments. If I quit it is usually because the conditions don't fit the course or the pin placements, which is rare. The one thing that Caddyshack is doing is using the realistic and bumpy greens. I am playing those rounds but don't think bumpy and especially realistic are fun. A 4 foot putt that moves to the right last minute or longer straight putts that do the same are not realistic. What course, would the PGA play if all the greens were bumpy? Answer: NONE!

I agree. Perfect greens have become the normal setting in all sanctioned tournaments for a long time. Bumpy and realistic green settings are too extreme.
All sites I play on do not use anything other than "perfect" greens.
