Global and Game Brightness

I imagine Global would include Menus and override Game if it's set lower.

You got me curious, so I played around with the sliders. The most important difference for me was the clouds in dynamic skies mode. If global is set high, the clouds are too bright, like the sun is right behind them. If global is set lower, the clouds have a more natural look. I finally settled on game at 100, and global at 80. It may just be a slider to adjust dynamic skies?
