I just purchased JNPG today, and when I followed the instructions on how to add Course Forge, nothing was showing in Downloadable Content (i.e. DLC) section in Steam? So, a simple question would be where can I get this as I have Unity but need the Course Forge. It was the #1 reason why I wanted to purchase this game.

Note: I am a mac user running on the latest macOS (i.e. High Sierra v10.13.3)

It should be downloaded in your steam folder :

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Perfect Golf/Course Forge

Gigabyte ga-z68x-ud3h-b3 Motherboard

Intel Core i5-2400 CPU@3.1GHz 3.70GHz

GeForce GTX 1050 Ti
16GB Ram   (2)G.Skill Ripjaws F3-10666L9S-8GBXL
Windows 7 Home Premium

Notable that I am running on Mac OS. I ran a system search for any files relevant and nothing.

Don’t exactly remember but I am sure you need to check a box in steam for it to download

It should download automatically without the need to check anything in Steam as it's an actual part of the PG install.

I bought JNPG for my Mac today  - no DLCs on my Steam page either - so no Course Forge.

As I am in Austrslia, would the incredible lag in the game have anything to do with Steam with a slow local connection?   What can I do to minimize it?

It is there but for some reason it doesn’t come up in steam, see my earlier post about browsing local files and it will appear in finder

I have found the file needed for Course Forge and imported it into Unity by using the Assets/Import Package command in Unity.

The file needed is CFTutorial.unitypackage

To find it, open Finder,  do a three-fingered salute of Shift-Command-period to make the hidden files visible, since it is a hidden file.

Then go to:

MacintoshHD /Users/yourname/Library/Application Support/Steam/steamapps/common/Perfect Golf/Course Forge

(MacintoshHD is the name of my hard drive. Yours may differ.)

I found this file address in the Steam app by choosing Steam/Preferences/My Downloads/Content Libraries/Steam Library Folders

It would be nice if this information was pinned somewhere on the forum.  It would have saved me hours of searching.
