Anyway...Back on topic

I am recreating as best I can the course that I have been a member at for the last  years.

Its not a spectacular course but I thought it best I try a course I am very familiar with and doesnt need loads of research to start with.

I'm finding Course Forge and Unity go hand in hand very well and its pretty easy to pick up once you have been using it a few weeks.

This is the par5 1st 2nd shot

The Par3 2nd...I had my 1st hole in 1 here just before Christmas

And the drivable par4 3rd

I will keep posting up my progress as I go

Ouch.. In that 3rd pic that neon green grass has to go, it doesn't match the color pallet at all. Everything else looks very nice.

Very well put Mike. The first time opening up Unity and starting at a blank canvas, it can be intimidating. But, once get used to its interface and the process for producing some usable terrain, you really start to enjoy yourself. Unity provides an almost unlimited variety of ways you can express creativity, depending on how deep you want to delve into the engine. As you said, all it takes is the desire to learn.

If it was lack of enthusiasm I wouldn't keep visiting the forums. It's simply a lack of time to sit and get myself into Unity.
