Played two rounds at ShadowLands with the exact same conditions. First round was +3 (so I didn't post it). In the sescond round I shot the 65. It was crazy, I couldn't miss a putt.

Great round kairoe. The new benchmark.

Great round kairoe. 65 is hard to maintain for a full 18 on off/off. Well done!

Teddy,
I think I'm still at -10 until you post the 67 at CP, then I go to -11.

Tough putting on the undulating greens. Was even heading to the 18th (trying to better par 72 from previous round). Made birdie to improve score by 1.

Yeah, just caught that then in the Graphics Dept. and came in here to check.
Thanks J

Southampton Links 77 (+5)
3CL / PRO / BLI
I found the greens tough to read this morning ... !
Best shot of the round was a risky 3rd shot on the Par5 15th, after a bad drive and a poor shot out of the rough I was left with a 252 yard fade round the trees to the green and it worked perfectly with a full strength 3W, watched the replay numerous times hehe.
Is there a special award for the most 5 over par rounds ?

Black Swan - calm, normal, 10 stimp.
(-2) 70 - birdies at 7, 9, and 10; bogie at 16. Played very conservative to beat previous score (71).

Highlight of the round was a gift birdie at the par 3, #7. Hit the t-shot snap early - ball headed left to a splashdown in the ocean, right? It hits the big bolder left of the green, and bounces 40 yds to the edge of the green. Made the 21 ft putt for the first birdie of the round.
Teddy - I should be at -13 (with this score), if my math is correct.

Correct.
Will audit and fix all scores today. Been busy in the Graphics Dept.
It's so tough to get that low round or even break par. I've played four rounds at Florida Glades without luck. Had a birdie putt on the 18th to get to 1 under last round but missed by an inch. It's a cool finish at FG and you can birdie 16, 17 and 18 with a bit of luck so you can stay in with a chance most of the time.
I'm looking for ways to get that edge - like mapping clubs etc. - but there's nothing like good old instinct. My chipping is under control. Putting is adequate. Long game comes and goes depending on my state of mind. I'm finding it hard to concentrate for a full 18 holes though. Even controlling anger on the next tee after coming up short on a putt is difficult. It really is a matter of staying patient, maintaining focus and waiting for those birdie runs. Great fun.

Willow Heath 77 (+5)

and another +5 round ... it looks like I've found my handicap haha
I was 6 over after going in the water on the 17th but finished with a birdie on the 18th which put a wry smile on my face.
So that's 6 courses out of 9 that I've finished +5 ... consistency is my middle name
Next step is to do it all over again and improve.

I haven't posted any scores, since my scores would be coloured to match the black background I use for the forum. ![]()
I wonder if people would ask why there is a blank line at the bottom of the leader board!

Ted put me down for a 68 at Southampton for my best score as that is what I shot at my open event. My best Pro score yet.
