I am hopeful that we might see a PC golf game soon. Any idea when that might happen?

I think we are going to play with PG soon but they are still working on it and we have to leave all the PP staff make the best job for the best Golf game! Yeah !

It would be very helpful if P.P. were to make it easy to get at the latest information as to when the game might actually start.  Put a button on that says latest information and keep people informed.

I think we all hope soon but the form about this golf sim/game has been going on for a long time now and realy get no time when this will be out as you can read in here it WAS end of 2013 now its 2014 and we hear nothing about when its going to be out as beta or full game or what so as far as me if it happens it happens nothing else to do. :unsure:

Still at WGT for me, just have to put up with the VEM  :(

Anyway a new course will be coming out this year for the Open :D Pinehurst

I guess you have never encountered 'slippage' with the release of any other games you play? Also, I guess by 'Winter 2013' (unless you're Sityhern Hemisphere where it will be Summer, lol) they were meaning the Winter season which usually rolls in to the frst few months of the New Year anyway.

 

I do agree though, that a little more in the way of updates even if only brief to keep folks up to speed, wouldn't go amiss, and they don't necessarily have to be updates from AJ or MJ. I'm sure another member of the Dev Team could be made available to offer weekly/fortnightly progress reports.

Someone from PP about 3 hours ago has posted a vid clip on Facebook of Perfect Golf running on an iPhone.

 

Any chance the clip can be posted here? It is afterall a forum for Perfect Parallel and here to allow updates to be shared with the community, or am I wrong?

 

The vid clip on Facebook won't play as it states it is a Vimeo Plus clip and won't allow access.

I'm sorry..but I'm really doubting this game.. The delay is unheralded... I have dealt with a lot of pc games in my past, the constant delays are a very very very bad sign. The only revolutionary golf sim to date was/ is Pga Championship golf 2000. That one game is the one work horse that all other sims need to emulate. The video on this game and all the ongoing forums here put doubt in my mind if this will ever happen..and with the results if it does happen.

This really looks just like a sim add on for trackman,,and no one has $100k to buy a trackman. Disappointed to say the least,,but after reading and watching the video..it was expected

Definitely not worth my wait,,, need an update to pga championship 2000

I'm a die hard golfer on all golf forums..just keeping the in perspective

I don't see this happening..it reminds me of Starcraft 2 ..I waited and waited..been years before it came out.. Over a decade

What can I/ we do to make this happen? I would like to get a cd copy not streaming..if possible

I/ we are here to help if we can..

OK, you don't see this (Perfect Golf) happening and claim it reminds you of Starcraft 2.

 

Starcraft 2, a game which was released in 2010. So how does a project you claim won't happen, remind you of a game that actually got released?

 

Also, not sure how you waited over a decade for Starcraft 2, when Blizzard only announced the game in 2007 and then released it in 2010. Admittedly they did claim development work had started initially on the game in 2003, but even then, 2003 > 2010 is not over a decade.

 

What time are the flights back to your planet?
