I like the fence also Ian, looks good to me

Thank you. It's only present on the first tee but I think it just sets the scene.

I like the fence too...I just think it's a little tight to the teebox.

Thank you. Perhaps I'll move it out a little.

I can send you the file direct. I would prefer a little gentle feedback before I place it with OGT. ;-)

I would like to "beta" test it . I did a beta test and review for K11's Five Sisters course. I posted a review in the Five sisters thread on OLG. If you send me the link I will be happy to review and report only to you.

Thanks,

Larry (woofer)

Great stuff Ian.

Am I correct in thinking that you had no previous course layout experience in Links or TW before jumping into Course forge?

If so, it bodes well for others being able to produce great courses regardless of experience when it's eventually released.

No, none at all. I had a dabble with the designer on TGC but couldn't see myself playing the game much so lost interest.

CF is very good. There are a few things I don't like but on the whole it's a lot of fun, but very time consuming.

The course is nearing completion. If anyone wants to give it a test please do. (This is v2)

There is a human character on a couple of holes. He will be removed at a later date.

That's because most fences don't look this good! :-)

Me too, I had a bit of a fiddle with it but got frustrated trying to use the mouse (not a controller sort of guy) and then gave up.  I'd like to create a version of Lewes GC which you may well have played in your time being a Brighton lad but whether I'll have enough spare time to do it justice I don't know.

Yes, Indeed I have played Lewes. Great views from up there on the Downs. :)

I was a member at Hollingbury, as a junior, and more recently East Brighton. I might tackle one of these courses next.
