Thanks for the compliments.
The course is on a triangle shaped island - name: Cloostie's Croft (Devils Ground)
There will be 4 sets of Tee's: Championship, Tournament, Members and Forward. SIM players would play from the eventual Members Tee's.
Of the 18 holes: the coastline comes into play on 13 of them; 5 inland holes, 2 of which feature coastal greens.
Trees have been deliberately kept to a minimum; no Speedtrees. Trees are by Forst; Forest Vision, and from the Big Environment Pack (thanks Gary for mentioning this asset - its tremendous). Water is Suimono. Some bunkers have been placed, but will wait for CF to achieve better definition, and to utilize Pot Bunkers which will be in keeping with a linksy feel to the course.
Currently working on objects; but truly these will be kept to a minimum.
Work on the course and playing with Unity has taken a back seat to golf IRL. Another 3-4 monthd of golfing here before the weather turns.

Frank,
FPS is going to be a challenge. I have started to go back into every hole and advance slowly along each fairway, working on the Tri count in each 'scene view', often reworking the grasses thinning/changing out .
Settings for some views/shots were created wide open. Tri's thru the roof, mostly on the inland holes. The tri count on the coastal shots is quite low <3M. Suimono water is not an FPS hog...looks amazing.
Fairways ~75'+ at their narrowest. getting a level lie will not be the standard result. Green complexes are essentially just roughed in so far; will await CF to work them into fair tests for putting.
