Looking gr8! I hope in the future some kind hearted soul would make US some "tract homes"?

I posted links for all the other ones I did. I haven't for these two yet. I'm wanting  to put the  reflective windows  and new textures in before I post a link. PM me a picture of what you want Larry. I'll see what I can do :)

Wow gr8 offer Justin, only one thing. I don't have any clue what I did but I resized the plot like you said and have put a terrain down that covers all the houses. The thing is, the other day, I tried to pull the overlay back up and it is totally wacked out.

I resized it for tiling but I tried to paint over where a cart path is and it didn't even line up at all.

If I could figure that out, I could repaint the overlay back onto where the housing tract is and I would love some houses. Alas, it's way over my head and I'm sure you have other things to do?

Maybe because after I was done I resized the Plot? Per your advice? Maybe that's why it doesn't seem in place?

Nicely done Justin. Your endcaps are coming in the very near future!! I sent them to Matt this weekend, and he is probably correcting all of my errors.

I never said  to resize the plot. I said  you can go back in and resize the overlay texture. From  4098, true color back to 2048 compressed to save on the file size..  Your Google overlay should be 2000×2000. Same as your terrain  plot. Here are some images.

In the projects.. If you click on the overlay  image.. This is what will show in the inspector. There you can change the texture from trilinear back to  bilinear  and 4098  back to 2048 and  true color  back to compressed.. That will save on your  file size If you keep the  overlay. Of course, once you change those settings you need to click apply. That's what I told you in terms of the overlay..

Yes I mispoke, I did NOT resize the plot. Eureka, I changed the overlay to 2000x2000 and all is good.

Thank you. As far as housing tracts, I will see if I can hunt down a pic but they are scarce on this course, so I imagine most anything would work.

Also I have no pics of the homes so any decent looking, not to complicated tract homes would be awesome!

Axe, I sense you may be off your medications again.

You can change the resolution of any image file used in your project as many times as you wish. Yearly. Monthly. Weekly. Daily. Hourly. Minutely. Secondly. Metaphorically.

Justin, you are just rocking on these homes. Can't wait to get you the reflective tutorial and see what you turn out!

I know it's just for a few that participate in this thread but big thanks to Larrykuh and his help on version 1_4 of the House Builder.

He pushed me to improve the package and really did a lot of the heavy lifting on his own for it from ideas, design concepts, blender modeling and texturing.

All this may seem silly but it is truly time consuming. Making something be seamlessly modular is 2-3x more work than just building and texturing.

Larry seems to not only churn out the hours to help me but to a great many on here with programming, Lidar work, and other course help.

Just thought a public tip of the cap to him was appropriate.

Once we finish beta testing some window work, I promise to release some estate homes.
