I don't really think there is anything to be gained by trying to convince people which game looks or plays better.

There are two camps here and we obviously find elements in our preferred game that gives us the immersion, challenge, and enjoyment that we are after. Anyone like me, who has played both of these games will already know which they prefer, and anyone who hasn't played them should try them both out and find out which one is best for them.  ;)

We better get used to the wait because it is likely to be a long one!!

Let's hope at the end of it (if we're still here) that we can all say that it was worth it.  ;)

WGT - used to be great but now it's a lottery, you're not playing the game any longer - they are and it just feels broken.

WGT but less and less. This game does look promising and has for a while, now it just needs to deliver!

WGT for the last 4 years or so.

The reality is that once this is up and running a lot of WGT players are going to come here

Yah - I'm on TW 2004 and 2007 right now - not to mention any other TW torrents that I can get to work in the future, lols.

Will have to make do with these 'sticking plasters' until this PP leviathan is released, we're all rooting for you PP - you've got the very best intentions from a lot of people who feel let down/ ripped off/ generally dissatisfied with the goings on elsewhere in the computer golf world - when will they listen to the people? when the people have voted with their feet (just happy I have found a stop-gap because there was no way I was entertaining WGT again, I'll stick to my word and my promise on that!

I am playing none right now.  I will do other stuff till PP comes out.  I am just surfing the net, looking at this and that, and I'm kewl with that.  I've recently played TW-08 and a bit of links 2003.   Both are in my rear view mirror now and both are staying there.

I just got done playing the new release of hot shots golf for PS3. You may laugh but there are some really creative golf holes in the game that got me even more motivated to design. And the physics in the game are very impressive just not very customizable
