Make sure your player name (in PG) and your registered name (on OGT site) are exactly the same... Spelling and case.

If those agree then go to OGT's site and send their administration a message. They'll get it sorted for you quickly.

Just a heads up to the OGT team that I have not been able to get in to your site all day on my IPad as it keeps giving that message of You broke something no just kidding. Sort like last weekend I couldn't get on this site with my IPad or Surface. Just passing info on.

I have no idea what is going on but I can't get on with the IPad, Surface, Note 3 or the S5. Really weird and last weekend it was PG this week OGT. Tired of fighting it and will wait till I get home tomorrow night to my PC.

The issue with PG mobile site was a hacker.

No, not related.  There's a bug with one of our pages.  One other person also had this problem.  We'll look into a permanent fix shortly so it doesn't happen again.

Not sure if this is an OGT API issue or something Andrew needs to investigate.

 

When hovering over the Chicago event fro Rd1 settings show as:-

 

Then when in pre-game lobby where you start the round settings show as:-

 

It is selecting my Tour Pro player for the game, but the pre-game lobby shows skill level as Amateur.
