Have put my rounds up [minus Torrey Pines] for Alan to play.

Here are the scores for Pebble Beach - best of all tho check out my new putting stance..worse than Michelle Wie..!!

I've had to drop my graphics down to Medium (modified). A smooth swing is a must around these tracks.

 

We might charter a Lear for the Final at another course. Are there any other West Coasters? 

 

Try to get your Torreys in guys - being the first round - and I'll only post those on the leaderboard first until the round is finished.

I'm glad you posted this.  Your team now has a completed Round 1, but it is at Cyprees Point.  I'll make the change and post.  We're getting there.  Also... I'm assuming everyone wants to use the lower of their two scores at a particular course?

JCat04, I put my first round at Torrey Pines into the Mega folder.  I didn't play against your round yet, nor did I take screen shots of my round after 9 or 18.  (I have an MP4 recording of the round, so can easily get a screenshot if needed).  My plan was to play all of my solo rounds, and then to play against your rounds and capture the scorecards at that time.  I hope to complete the former today.  1 of 4 complete ... 3 to go.

Torrey done. Slight improvement for me. These are our best scores.

Guys I will play a couple more rounds on Monday and sorry for the delay but I don't have access on weekends and still work fulltime so it is what it is.  If this becomes a problem and others want to play faster I can step aside for someone else as my schedule is pretty much set for the next couple of years.  I will get them in just slower than most and sorry about that again.

I'm in the same boat as you Greensboro. I tend to hae more time to play during the week than Week-Ends. I will try to get at least Torrey Pines solo in tomorrwo but no guarantees. . . .  o rI can just take a 68 and be happy

I pretty sure there is no deadline and, therefore, there is no hurry to get the rounds played. 

 

 

For information JCat04, I have now uploaded all four of my solo rounds to Mega.  I'm going to take a break now from JNPG.  There is a chance I may play your Torrey Pines round later tonight; I might wait until tomorrow, though.

Armand is correct - there is no set deadline.  The pace at FRET is a bit slower than OGT, the timeline is adaptable - don't feel rushed, we'll wait.

 

Ted and Sam now have a completed round 1. Updated attached.

No pressure at all guys. Maybe just get the courses finished in the order on the leaderboard. Torrey, Pebble, Pacific Dunes, Cypress so the Progressive Board gets updated in order.

 

Stay cool and laid back. Are these courses in California? New laws there state - chill out man.

I took a peak in the MEGA folder - lots of rounds played by the teams (a good sign).

My team is behind the pace abit - Stone ya out there?

I think there's going to be a flury of scores posted early in the week, after Monday.

Better get the Lear gassed up - I think the Final may not be on the Monterey Penensula.

Regarding screenshots, I too took the approach that I would take screenshots of the ScoreCard when playing with my partner. It would become littered with single stroke image score cards on here, and that's not displaying the Team event that this is.

 

As for using lowest scores...... dun dun dunnnnnnn hehe... the air is thinner on the West Coast....?

Your play, until the 14th was excellent... you nerfed me so many times, as I stayed with you for the front 9... That 1st hole was certainly a scene to set, with your approach to 21 inches..! The Par 5, you were due the eagle, but it never fell kindly....

 

The Wind and Greens for this round were, for me, a tad unrealistic... this course is an excellent rendition, with a few minor faults however. The overuse of the trees is a shame... but that's almost about the only glaring issue with it. The other faults, I blame the current build for. The game is lacking and over-uses the 'UNrealistic' greens. It also seems that the ball will run forever on a fairway and through 10-15ft of rough to reach a bunker... but on a green with a stimp of 10 it barely moves. Suffice to say, put the same ball near a Cup, and watch it lip as if it were on ice.... not impressed with the lipping physics !

 

Anyway, that's my moan lol.... enjoying the challenge, but I'll await Greens Beach return and that may cause a few delays with myself, as I only have certain evenings available here...
