I really like what i see, i cant play real golf anymore due to a back injury. So i have been playing pc golf since it was invented started with Access Links, i currently play TW 2008 golf on the pc but its not what i would like. I hope Perfect Golf is going to have a PC version for all us old pc golfers and there are plenty of us.

Prove that this isn't vapourware and/or some kind of con to rip off investors !

Oh, how I dream of a photo-realistic PC golf game, with great game-play, user-friendliness, variety, and reliability! I myself am a golf fanatic with a physical disability, and virtual PC golf is my only option. I don't care for consoles. I believe there is a big niche market for such a product, although EA Sports' last effort in the form of Tiger Woods 12 for PC failed to generate much revenue because it was downright mediocre. Think of the vast community of PC golfers spread over old golf games and current online golf venues like World Golf Tour, Tiger Woods Online, and Shots. They are hankering after the PC golf game of my dreams. We all share the same dream. So take the best elements of the Tiger Woods golf game, and bring the whole thing to a new unprecedented level of greatness that will prove utterly irresistible, even if is costly.
I can assure you it is not vapourware. We hope to have a significant announcement in the next 2 weeks which will hopefully satisfy your skepticism.
Andrew I can't wait to hear this big announcement. These blogs have had us imagining crazy things these past few months!
I hope this happens guys. If so you will get many disgruntled EA customers iam sure. But to quote you "PerfectGolf will become the standard for computer generated golf environments whether for gaming, simulation, design or visualization." This doesn't sound like you are close to a working PC game. Please prove me wrong.

Mr Suspicious, I would guess that you have not been part of the Links 2003 community over the past half a dozen years or more, as if you had, you would be aware who some of the guys involved in this project are and the passion they have for the game of golf on PC. This is why so many people are being so positive about the project they are embarking on and not second guessing their intentions as you seem to be.
Firstly I'd like to say is the game looks great. Was just wondering, what swing modes there going to be in the game ??? and wondering if there is a chance to get PowerStroke swing mode into the game???
great graphics , now just add links 2003 game play and would have a great game. T.W. GOLF & WORLD GOLF TOUR SUCKS
great graphics , now if just add Links 2003 game play to it would have a great game. T.W. & World Golf Tour both SUCK

Any chance you may be making use of your Twitter Feed at Perfect Parallel? All I seem to keep getting are updates that PP has achieved ** followers badge at Gamisfaction. Grew tired of these so unfollowed. Will look at following again if/when things pick up.
Daz: Yea sorry about that, looks like that app got carried away! We removed it. We haven't really started keeping up with our Twitter account just yet, but we have someone that is going to help us with that soon and it will contain relevant information only.
Really looking forward to this becoming reality. Our new golf game could not be in better hands.
So correct me if I'm wrong. Is this an online golf game? If so when is the "projected" release date? I'm here because I'm searching for a different game that I'm playing at this time. I see no information of a game, just 1 hole on the video here.Thought this maybe could be an engine for golf games. If you need some beta testers I could accommodate, along with many others.
This is an in-development golf game that will have online play. As with almost any honest developer, we don't have a set release date. It will be released when we feel it is truly what our players want to play. We will be working closely with the community during alpha and beta phases, so if you are interested in being a tester be sure to stick around.
Great Chris, thanks for the reply. Could you give me an approximation of when this could be out? I know you answered me as best as you can, but this is for others that are very tired of a game that we play right now. They were waiting for another online golf game to start up, but that seems like it isn't going to happen. And ever since I mentioned this game, I am asked countless times of when, when, when. Also, I can bring numerous players along with me if this plays as good as it looks, so testers shouldn't be a problem. This world is lacking a great online golf game, so the sooner the better. Thanks again Dean
I know this is not vapourware Mike jones would not get involved in such things.I would really like to be a PC tester.Would the course designer also be tested, I would love to try some of the panoramas and skies I have been creating.

Looks great, put me down as a potential tester. CHEERS TOM
Dean, As this project hasn't even entered ALPHA/BETA testing, it is difficult for Chris to put an ETA on a release of the full game. We would all love to have this game tomorrow, but that ain't gonna happen, so some patience will be called for. Like Chris said........ It will be released when we feel it is truly what our players want to play.
Agree with Daniel, the people involved with this project have reputations. Reputations that have been built over time, therefore I am more than willing to believe that any such talk of this not being the real deal is inconceivable and degrading to the guys at PP. Stand back, be patient and let them do what they do best. Whilst waiting, I think the best thing the community can do is promote this product so at days end PP may be able to make a few bucks out of it. I'm in for testing Jimmy
Awesome work, put me in as a potential beta tester !! Cant get over the screenshots and vids Tony
Thanks for the reply Daz, but I see that a week ago there is a post on twitter that a kickstarter is ONLY a week away, nice. I'm someone who will test for sure and help out all I can. Thanks Dean
I have played Links since the very early years and am very excited to see what is coming. I will be watching this site every day.
As a long time golfer of both major brands I would love to be part of any testing. Best of luck with it fellas.Looks promising.Regards,Eddie
My first venture into online golf was Links and then TW and then onGolf and then World Golf, so yes I would love to be a tester
